Founder and CEO of Promoest srl. Manager of congress offices and events c / o the office of Genoa until 1995. In 1996, she founded the Milan headquarters of the company.

Dynamic, creative and always attentive to news in the industry, over the years Barbara has expanded the company’s business focusing mainly on the creation of international events that could bring business to Italy. Always open to new challenges and to new stimuli, in 2012 she developed the project ‘MIPiace!’ – Which was focussed around EXPO2015 and aimed to raise awareness on issues of EXPO2015 and support companies in the implementation of projects for EXPO2015.


Promoest is an integrated communications company which, for 25 years, has specialized in the organization of events, academic conferences, in-store promotions, productions stand and conference facilities.

We have gained solid experience in the management of international and academic meetings, for which we provide qualified staff such as hostesses, stewards, promoters and interpreters (simultaneous, whispered and liaison), in addition to ensuring a complete turnkey management thanks to our dedicated software.

Our mission is to care for our customer and to help them achieve what they really need.

We support clients in the internationalization process, with branches of our offices in Iran and China, promoting activities directly in foreign markets with sector specialists; using the financing instruments facilitated by providing insurance coverage for credit risk.

Promoest also has a division dedicated to the translations in all languages, thanks to a wide and established network of native translators operating within the Legal, Medical and Pharmaceutical, Financial and Technical-Scientific, Technical Manuals Electronic Publishing and many other sectors.

The company has obtained the ISO 9001: 2008 certification for several years.
